How to Protect Your Toyota Model's Paint from Fading Due to Sun Damage Miami is famous for its sunshine and we love it! While the sun is a great source of Vitamin D, it can cause a lot of damage if you are not careful. We are not just talking about premature aging and skin cancer – we are referring to your Toyota vehicle! The sun's rays can easily fade your Toyota model's paint job, but luckily, there are a few things that you can do to prevent that from happening. Try to Keep Your Car Parked Away from the Sun One of the best ways to keep your Toyota model's paint job looking as great as the day you bought it is keeping the vehicle parked away from sunlight. This can include your home garage, available parking garages around Miami, and areas with plenty of shade. If none of these are viable options for you, we recommend using a car cover. A car cover not only protects your Toyota model's beautiful color but also helps keep the cabin temperature a little cooler so you don't feel like you are entering an oven on a hot summer day. Clean and Wax Your Toyota! Toyota Ownership 101 includes giving your model a bath and a wax job on a regular basis. Waxing your car is like adding a coat of sunscreen to reflect the sun's rays – and it makes your Toyota look beautiful! Headlight Polishing for Toyota Vehicles Near Hialeah and Miami, FL Miami is one of the sunniest cities in the United States, so we probably use our headlights less often than most other American drivers. Some of the few exceptions are when we are driving at night or during an occasional rain shower. When those scenarios occur, we rely on our Toyota model's ultra-bright headlights to help us see clearly – and to ensure that other drivers see us. Although Toyota only uses the best materials and light bulbs, the headlights will start to dull over time. This is completely normal and every single brand on the market experiences this issue. As we drive our Toyota, we encounter tiny particles of dirt and debris, and since we drive at relatively high speeds, those particles really stick to the headlight – and a basic wash job is not going to get rid of it. Is There Any Way for Me to Polish My Headlights on My Own? If you surf the internet, you will find articles claiming that certain products and tactics work wonders for clearing your headlights. These claims can range from scouring your headlights with Colgate toothpaste to some magical chemical that is for sale on a sketchy website. Honestly, the best way to have your Toyota model's headlights polished is by bringing your vehicle to our service department, where our skilled technicians have the correct tools to get the job done quickly and perfectly. How Often Should I Bring My Vehicle to Headquarter Toyota for Headlight Polishing? There is no definitive answer as to how often you should have your headlights polished. Many drivers find once a year to be sufficient while others prefer having it done twice a year. It truly depends on how much you drive and the kinds of elements you regularly encounter. If your headlights are starting to look a little cloudy, please contact us here at Headquarter Toyota and schedule a service appointment today!

2018 Toyota Sienna Fuel Economy and Driving Range When it comes to having a family or owning a business, driving a minivan is one of your best options. And no minivan will serve you better than the 2018 Toyota Sienna. Its style and structure allow for easy entering/exiting and loading/unloading. It also helps that the 2018 Toyota Sienna is incredibly efficient compared to large SUVs that offer similar cargo space dimensions. That means you can cover more miles with fewer fill-ups – no matter if it is making deliveries around Miami or taking a road trip with your family. What Entertainment Options are Available for the 2018 Toyota Sienna? What Kind of Engine Does the 2018 Toyota Sienna Have? Under the hood of the 2018 Toyota Sienna is a 296-horsepower 3.5L V6 DOHC engine with Dual VVT-I, which helps make the minivan as efficient as possible. It is able to attain an estimated fuel economy of 19 mpg in the city and 27 mpg on the highway. What is the Driving Range of the 2018 Toyota Sienna with One Tank of Gas? Thanks to a 20-gallon fuel tank, the 2018 Toyota Sienna can cover approximately 380 city miles or 540 highway miles with one full tank of gas. However, let's be realistic – you are most likely not going to be driving down to the last drop of fuel. That is not good for your 2018 Toyota Sienna model's engine! So if you only drive until you hit that quarter-tank mark, you will enjoy a 285-city / 405-highway mile estimated driving range – which is still pretty awesome! Please note that calculations were made based on fuel economy estimates provided by Toyota. The addition of all-wheel drive, the condition of your 2018 Toyota Sienna, your driving style, driving up and down steep inclines, and hauling heavy loads may affect your actual fuel economy and driving range. Find the 2018 Toyota Sienna at Headquarter Toyota! We currently have several 2018 Toyota Sienna models in our inventory, so come visit our dealership today to take one out for a test drive!
